VPN using Cisco software

Hi
I have a regular visitor to my network who has a laptop.
The user can open the browser and enter a username and password to surf
( after setting his IE LAN settings and DHCP giving him an ip) . But VPN
is a problem. Microsoft VPN works great but he uses some Cisco VPN
software to connect to his office overseas.
Does anyone have an idea on this? Please assist.
