VPN server on ISA

Does anyone know if it's possible to properly configure ISA (with VPN
services enabled) to authenticate to an internal RADIUS (particularly MS
Internet Authentication Service)? 
 
By the way, the ISA server is in Standalone mode and is not a part of
the domain.
