VPN Server (RRAS)

Hi,
At the moment i configurated the ISA Server with VPN Server (RRAS Enabled)
and remote clients connect to the isa without problems.
But, how i can configurated ISA or Windows to:
Disable Netbios or Browser Servers on my internal network
Disable duplicated usernames on remote acess (its accepted very connections
with same user)
Enable Internet on remote clients (this clients after connect to isa, lose
the acess to the internet)
