Hi Ian, You shouldn't have any problems VPNing into a DC. You might want to double check the packet filters and make sure that they were created properly. Keep in mind that ISA Server will just create packet filters when you configure it to support inbound VPN. RRAS does the rest. Without ISA installed on my domain controller I can VPN into it without any problems. However when I install ISA when I try to VPN into it, it just hangs. However I can now VPN into it from within my local lan. It's as if for some unknown reason ISA gets confused and tries to receive VP connections on the wrong (ie internal) network card. Has anyone ever come across this before or have I overlooked something really obvious. Can anyone please help me I've been stuck on this for a week. ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Exchange Server Resource Site: http://www.msexchange.org/ Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: tshinder@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
