You can't (right now).
ISA NAT doesn't handle IPSec. You can use a PPTP-based VPN through ISA IF
the internal client is a secureNAT.

Subject: [isalist] VPN Client through ISA

I would ike to be able to connect a client inside an ISA firewall to a VPN
server on the other side. When trying to use the MS client to connect or
the IPSec client from the VPN provide, the authentication fails. The
service never seems to respond. How can I pass this information through
the firewall (or can I)?
