VPN Access from NT clients

Hello List,
we have ISA on WIN2K Box. Win2k clients can dial into the VPN just fine.
NT 4 Clients however cannot. There is a connection established, however
the NT client aborts (or times out) without getting any bytes back.

Any ideas on this?
