I am only coming through this part way, but if you dont have the VPN
options when you right click networking, try going to the actual local
machine. You cant get those options through the remote administrator.

No. All that is on the box is ISA. Win2k Advanced Server SP2. Nothing
else is installed or running on it. It is setup in integrated mode.
