VNC & ISA Server

I have been using VNC as an admin tool for a number of months. It is great. I
would like to set this up so I can connect to my servers via dsl from home. I
have had problems with terminal services, so I was going to try the vnc option.
Has anyone done this? Or does anyone know of a good tutorial or setup for this?
I would like to VNC to multiple servers.
