Win9x is a weak VPN client; it uses an older MS-CHAP protocol that Win2K
disables by default.
You'll have to enable it in RRAS properties, Security.

I have a problem, All of my windows 98 does not connect to my VPN server (
ISA ). When I use win2000 I managed, but win98 I does not managed. So,
I'll explain... I manage connect to VPN SERVER but I do not manage acess
that. What I should do? I need a Help!
