UrlScan and Frontpage

Hi
How do I allow the Frontpage hit counter to pass thru the URLScan in ISA. By
default I've exclude all exe extensions.
What is the entry in the urlscan.ini file to allow this
'/_vti_bin/fpcount.exe/' to be passed.
