I know of the bug, but no patch.
Can you please give me the case number the PSS person gave you for your call?

Is it normal when you import a  ISA 2000 configuration into ISA 2004 using the 
migration wizard to create multiple/duplicate named policy rules and extra 
entries in the Toolbox under users.?
The import has created over 320 policy rules on my ISA 2004 server.

And FYI the previous posts I had about 'out of memory' error when importing 
from ISA 2000 was a bug which Microsoft has fixed by send me a patch.
