That's all of the text associated with the stop code?  Nothing else at all?

Running ISA server 2000 fully patched on a windows 2000 box.  Tried to
upgrade today and the upgrade went thru fine.  When I rebooted the box
received a STOP: - 0x0F04DEAD  0xc000003a 0x00000000 0x00000000
0x0000000.  Anybody seen this one before?
