Uninstall isa

Hey guys i need a fix!!!!
i had isa in an array, long story short both are broken, need to uninstall
and start again, going back to stand alone isa. I cant reinstall nor
uninstall. Error comes back as Isa server could not be uninstalled at this
time because Active Directory is unvailable. Yes they had this running on a
dc. Its now off the dc and i need to reinstall and go from scratch.
