Throw the router away, I've had nothing but trouble with Linksys routers. S -----Original Message----- From: Marvin Cummings [mailto:MarvinC@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, October 26, 2004 8:02 PM To: ISA Mailing List Subject: [isalist] Unable to send/receive mail after publish on isa2k4... http://www.ISAserver.org I get the following error when trying to send mail from a server recently published in ISA2k4: This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed. marvinc@xxxxxxxxx I don't get any responses when trying to send to this server from the outside. There are no errors being generated on the exchange server and the following error was received from the Connectivity Verifier on the ISA server: The connectivity verifier "server" reported an error when trying to connect to "ip address". Reason: No connection. That was over an hour ago. I've since then rebooted and the error hasn't returned. I've forwarded port 25 on the router but I still see messages sitting in the que. I have a policy rule in place to allow DNS and SMTP on the mail server and SMTP server on the external listener. What else could I be missing? The domain in question is mail.nusolutions.biz and I'm hosting the mail server internally using TZO. thnks ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 Exchange Server Resource Site: http://www.msexchange.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: steve@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
