Subject: [isalist] Unable to download a file from our website when clicking
on a hyperlink

http://www.ISAserver.org

On our website we have several hyperlinks which starts downloading a file.
If a visitor clicks on the hyperlink, the following IE message appears on:
10060 - Connection timeout. Our website is accessible through a web
publishing rule.

Can somebody tell me what the reason is of this behaviour?
