UNBELIEVABLE

I set up access rule (ALLOW HTTP, HTTPS from Internal to External) that has
implemented http filter with various blocked extensions.
I use serbian (latin) language with letters ć (0107),č (010D),š (0161),đ
(0111). UNICODE
When I tried to access some sites using serbian letters I get an error page
with code 87 (with english language always works fine). ISA error page told
me that web filter block MY ACCESS to that site. (www.planplus.co.yu
<http://www.planplus.co.yu/> ). This site presents map of my city with all
its streets.
When I delete all blocked extensions everything works FINE ?????(both with
serbian or with english language). When I add ONLY ONE extension (.mp3 or
.wma or anything) site is blocked AGAIN (only serbian).
WHY?
