I have my Internet link which is also used by other services apart from
ISA.ISA is a one of the servers using the link. Now i want to configure a
fail over for internet conn. using another link only for ISA.Can i
configure ISA to work with two externel NICs having different ex IPs.When
one link fails it can use the other.

Sorry, forget this idea.
But you can use routing rules to create primary and backup route. But I
think it's only with WEB access.
