Hi Paul,

 

Quick reminder. The "gubment" never pays for anything, because it
doesn't produce anything. You and the other tax payers payers paid for
it after the gubment took their money with or without their consent.

Ons Net. It's a project in my city. Here in Eindhoven, we apparently
pride ourselves on the high-techness of the city. So, it'd be absurd not
to have a fibrenetwork throughout the entire city and to every home (at
least, that's the intention) with government funding. :P
