Two T1 lines to ISA for redundancy

My current ISP goes down every once in a while so I set up another T1 line
for redundancy. I'd like to plug in another NIC card and have ISA take care
of the failover. ISA would also have to know how to receive incoming
traffic (mail, ftp, http, etc.) I am working with the second ISP to see if
they can publish my current class C addresses so I don't have to run BGP on
my routers. Does anyone else have a similar setup? If so, I'm curious to
know how it works for you.
