UPDATE: Found the problem, was a blocked website in one of my URL sets
(walmart.com is really pointing to http://a248.e.akamai.net when you view the
cart, even though the browser says https://www.walmart.com) AND another rule
was being triggered that denied me access out.
Problem solved. Thx. Amazing what happens when you take a look at the logs. :-)
