Timeout for certain web sites

How to increase timeout for all web sites on ISA Server 2004? Problem occur
when try to download slow or almost dead web sites.
Everything works fine with Squid. :-(
There must be some registry key that change this option.
I know for web proxy clients timeout but that is not the answer.
