Thank you Jim, as it appeared the ISP changed something that caused all the
errors we received, the strange thing is that when we connect the laptop
directly to the router there was browsing which misguided us to the wrong
direction in troubleshooting, now the ISP reverted back the old configuration
and all is working well on the ISA.
On a second note, I need to ask you ISA gurus something, is it recommended or a
best practice to install an Anti-Virus on the ISA? I personally believe you
shouldn't, but I have not worked with the ISA for the past 2 years so I am not
sure what is the best practice now?

ISA only responds with a 302 if you have a "deny" rule specifying that action.
Make sure you don't have IIS installed on your ISA.

Thank you Jim, we have one oracle server published behind the ISA, its working
now by deleting the web server publishing rule (which was working fine for the
past 3 years) and creating a Server publishing rule, but I have another problem
in hand, web browsing stopped completely for all the users, and on the ISA
server as well, this happened before the server published stopped working, but
it was more important to get the server published back online :) The error I
see in the ISA log is Status: 302 Moved Temporarily I deleted the cache and
recreated it, but still the same, the web browsing rule seem to be ok, and when
I connect a laptop directly on the router there is browsing, browsing on the
internal network is on port 8080, and it was working fine until last week.
Any help is greatly appreciated,

How many Oracle servers are behind ISA?
This "smells like" a load-balancing sort of behavior; where ISA is sending
traffic to a VIP and this is being shared between multiple hosts - one of them
producing a broken response.

Hello,
I am stcuk with this error every time I open the portal (Oracle server)
published through ISA 2006, I tried also publishing on the TMG but got the same
error from the IE, Firefox, and chrome:
* Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The message received was
unexpected or badly formatted. (-2146893018)
The web browser works one time and one time gives teh above error. when I
receive the above error if I refresh the login page appears.
On the ISA alets I receive this error:
The failure is due to error: The message received was unexpected or badly
formatted.
I have the certificate properly installed on the oracle and teh ISA, and it was
working until Saturday when it stopped working,
When I test the rule on the ISA its green and it says every thing is configured
properly,:
The test successfully completed verifying settings for this URL on the
published server.
but when I test it again a second later it gives me :
Testing URL https://sisweb.daralhekma.edu.sa:443/
Category: Published server certificate error Error details: 0x80090326 - The
message received was unexpected or badly formatted.
Action: Go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=115965
Then it gives me its correct and so on, every test it switches between correct
and error,
Can any body help with this please?
I tried the following:
- Resintall ISA, recreate the rules and listeners, reinstall the certificates.
- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/187498
= Installing latest hotfixes and service pack.
