Temporary Lan Connection

Hi @ all,
ok the Title is a bit confusing. But i will explain my problem.
I got an ISA Server behind a Linux router. This router is connected to the
Internet. The ISA-Server and the router are connected over a network cable.I
want to make a temporary Lan Connection to the Server, the ISA Server should
close this connection just like a RAS-Connection which has a timeout after
(e.g. 3 min "no-traffic").
Ok this is a really strange question ;-)
