Tcpip erro

Just got this error..
"The system detected an address conflict for IP address
216.7.45.46 with the system having network hardware
address 00:01:03:83:5D:BC. Network operations on this
system may be disrupted as a result"
the 216 address is my IP address assigned me by my ISP for
hosting my mail. I am hosting my mail on the same server that
ISA is running on. I am running IMail.
