Hi William,

Won't work. when you connect to your ISP yopu recieve a different
external IP address every time. The only way this is achieveble is
either:-

1.) Your ISP allocates you a permanent IP Address, or :-

2>) You get yourself a dynamic DNS account and client.

Hi

The 10.x.x.x address is actually the ip on the ISA external NIC which
receives all traffic from my DSL modem and which send all traffic out to
the DSL modem.

I hope I am explaining myself properly

Hi William,

The impression I had is that when get to the TSAC log on page that you
were trying to type in the private IP address. Is that right?

Thanks!

Hi Tom

Thanks for your answer

My public ip is actually 80.71.99.21 but all traffic gets to my DSL
modem which is getting the public ip from my ISP. The modem which also
has a 10.x.x.x address is set to pass all traffic to the ISA ext NIC at
10.0.0.1.

Therefore if point made below is correct what can I or should I do?

William

Hi William,

10.0.0.1 isn't accessible from the Internet, so that might be the
problem :-)

Hello All

I am now testing TSAC and have encountered some problems. Followed
everything by the book (Isa and Beyond) but when I try to connect to the
site there seems to be a connection problem.

Could you have a look ? The site is www.wjengland.com/tsweb and the
external ip is 10.0.0.1

Any help and/or suggestions will be really appreciated

William
