The best way to do this is:
1. shut down ISA services
2. make your IP changes
3. edit your publishing rules / web proxy listeners
4. restart the ISA services
..you may have to reboot the whole server, but that's uncommon.

Subject: [isalist] TCP/IP configuration changes on ISA

Hi All
We are implementing new network (DS3) circuit and that requires change of IP
address on internal NIC of ISA and web server. Are there any issues If I
make those changes with ISA installed and then reconfigure ISA for server
publishing using new IP.

Appreciate your help.
thanks
