Some state/federal regulators require things like antivirus on systems
no matter what. Try finding antivirus for an OS/2 Warp box these days
or an AT&T Unix/NCR Unix system..... Urg...

It's also easier then to tell an auditor that ALL systems have
antivirus, then say all of them except for an ISA box have it. The next
question they are going to ask is why, followed by much eye blinking
since you're going to have to teach them the 5 W's and the how of ISA so
they don't make a nice report to your upper management about how IT is
missing antivirus from something as important as the security
server..... Which will cause them to most certainly beat you about your
head and shoulders with your own shoes.......

Create a rule on your ISA box to allow HTTP traffic to the net. I
honestly don't see any reason to install a Antivirus client on ISA
server.
