I am running SBS 2000 on a w2k server box running ISA 2000 enterprise
edition on that box And I am running the console for SEP11.0 on it. The
Symantec poop says specifically that the server box will not be "protected"
on the server box unless it is installed on it as a client machine. I have
done this and, in the free upgrade from SAVCE 10.x, I found a steep and
rocky slope to conquer. But the support from India was, surprise, excellent
and stayed with me from the beginning. Beware if you have any Vista clients
though. Some policy changes are required to support any version of Vista. I
got that working too.
As to later versions of ISA and of Windows Server I can say naught as I have
not been down the path.

Don't.
Never try to "layer" your firewall functionality on the same host.
You will kill your ISA.

Has anyone installed Symantec Endpoint Protection v11.0 on ISA Server 2006
yet? I am about to do it and I am trying to find out if I can get any
configuration advise before I start. I have "googled" around but I haven't
found anything yet. Any tutorial out there that you guys can point me to?
