We are getting ready to install the Surfcontrol Web Filter PlugIn on a single server running ISA Enterprise Edition which acts as out main firewall and caching proxy. The box is a Compaq DL360 with a 1Ghz P3, 512 RAM and will be supporting approximately 100 users. Instead of using another SQL Server on our internal network to host the database we have been thinking of running SQLServer on the ISA box. Does this sound like a problem to anyone? Is the hardware powerful enough? Has anyone done this? Any comments about this or SurfControl's ISA plugin appreciated. TIA! Bret Hanson Systems Administrator Yunker Industries, Inc.
