There's a potential problem area in your process:
   "Install MSDE or SQL server"

Can you clarify this?
ISA 2004 already installs MSDE by default.

Thanks for the reply but indeed I have carefully installed SC5.0 according
to the right order. I am wondering if anybody can spend a
time to have a test to install SC5.0 based on following order and
check if there is same problem with me or not. (Again, my problem
is merely no category is shown in the internet traffic monitoring,
it is nothing to do with VCA or rules setting):

Install Window 2003 Server on Two NIC network
(internal NIC = Lan Gateway, External NIC= Wan)

   Install ISA2004

   Install MSDE or SQL server

   Insall SC5.0

I am still unable to judge my problem coming from ISA2004, or SQL related.

Thanks again for any hint and suggestion you may give to me.
