If I understand you correctly, I would say yes. One feature gives you
the
number of seconds spent at a given site. Makes it easy to tell if a user
just "passed by". Overall I'd say the categories are accurate. They do
require some adjustment. I've had to add many "uncategorized" sites to
their
categories. Most of them, however, were sites that are pretty specific
to
our business. Overall, I've had a good experience with the product.

Do the reports do a good job of distinguishing between hits and actual
user
clicks on a site? Do the content filter categories seem accurate?

There are a large number of options. Depending on how you set things
up, you
could focus on a web site, or a content group, or a particular
person... I
haven't come up with anything yet that I couldn't find out from their
report
feature.
Don't know about digital dashboards. The reports can be accessed via the
web.

What is it about the reports you like? Can you configure them any way
you want? What can you filter out of the reports? Are you able to filter
on AOL type browser's etc. Are the reports web based or can you insert
the information into word documents? How about digital dashboards can
that information be used there?
