  250 web users.  ISA Enterprise on Win2k Server  ~Dell 2450 Dual 1000/2GB ram~ 

  Server directly connected to internet via T1.  Users have Lan 100M/wan 512k 
access to ISA as proxy. 

  Web access was perfect and brisk prior to installing Surfcontrol.  Now there 
is a 30 to 45second delay in browsing ANY website.  During the delay..the 
progress bar goes nearly all the way across the screen...then the page pops up 
and beings to load quickly.

  I don't believe it's the HTTP traffic that's slow...I fear its SurfControls 
searching for what category the website is in that's the problem.

  happening? How can i do to use the maximum capacity of my internet acess
