Streaming Audio/Video

Afternoon all,
I need to block Streaming Audio and Video through our ISA server. We
have run into a little bit of a bandwidth issue and would like to
prevent any unapproved use streaming A/V. Most of the heavy users are
listening to their favorite radio station broadcast across the Internet.
The problem I see is that these streams are built into a webpage.
Is there a good way to accomplish this through ISA?
