i have this problem since one months back .,.. and still i cannot solve it

We also use ADSL connection and had this problem
I found 2 workaround to solve
This Problem ( I also read in a Microsoft newsgroup somewhere that more
people have this Problem With the ADSL Connection - Using VPN )
A: try Restart The Web Proxy Service ( but U just said it didn't
worked:( )
B : try disconnecting the dial up Connection and let it connect
Automatically ( Then It's start working again )
Lately I even added both the LAN and The ADSL Network Card To the LAT
Of the ISA This Way I have Only the Real IP as my ISA External IP
address
Now instead of having too External IP address ( one my real External IP
address and One Of The ADSL Network Card -10.200.1.1 ) I have Only my
Real
External IP address show as the Default IP Address .
I don't know For sure if it's a good this to do
It worked for me ,
My be Jim have something to say about it ?

i restart the service more than 100 time and firewall serivce also ..
yes i am using ADSL Connection
