Change the ISA listening port back to 80. web requests use port 80 by
default, if you persist with tcp port 100 then visitors will have to
reach your website via http://yoursite:100

Isa listens on port 80 then forwards it to your IIS port which is 100

look: i don't know *if* you can have chat thru messenger better, using
port 100... what i think is that, since you don't sound like an "ISA's
expert", you might want to configure the ISA server in "standard" mode,
by following step by step the standard configuration (port 80, etc etc)
and then, LATER, try to play with different configurations.
