Sticky connection

Does any one know how to stick a user connection to a server (for 10
minutes for example)?
We´ve got 2 ISA servers in an array.
So far, so good.
But I´ve noticed that users connections are alternating between the two
servers. In ISA Management, sessions, I see the same users on server 1 and
on server 2.
The problem is that when users try to access any Internet Banking, they
have their connection lost (it seems the connection is Going out from one
server and comming back to the other).
Using Cisco´s Local Director, the command is "STICK"... Using ISA Server,
is there any key to do it?
