Not necessarily, as route 1 might be loaded at 100% while route 2 is
only at 5%. Using static routes will not be dynamic load balancing. The
Nokia IP530 has what you're looking for but is expensive. Cisco also
have an add on to their IOS bit again also pricey. Why you want to load
balance?

Thanks for your reply, Jim (and Andrew).

Would designating specific routes for specific servers be considered
load balancing? Perhaps my understanding of load balancing is not
correct.
