Yes, you can do that. Check my blog post from yesterday.

Subject: [isalist] Specific IPs

I have ISA 2004 SP3, with multiple IPs on the Outside interface. Is there a
way to get one of the Private Internal (192.168.0.X) IPs to go out a specific
IP on the Outside Interface?

I have an application that requires the same IP on the outside going in and
out, and I would rather not use the same IP as I use for most outgoing access.
Also, I may need to setup more than one of these machines on the inside. I
know that coming in, I can publish a server, but I am not sure how to specify a
particular external IP going out for a certain set of protocols on a specific
internal IP.

Thank you.
