Westjet.com is a website, so just using a regular browser.
If you go to the web site, click English (because my French is
non-existent), choose a flight, then click "Get Flights". FWC users will
go to the next page. Those without FWC get the same page back again.
Browser is set as auto or direct (which works for all (as far as I know)
other sites).

Any chance you can elaborate on "use westjet.com" ?
What is the actual user experience at what point in the process?
What is the application being used; browser or customer app?
How is the application configured to access the Internet; direct, auto,
specific proxy, monkeys & buckets?
Adding the FWC also changes the browser settings.

Subject: [isalist] Specialized Request: Westjet.com

Hi folks,

I have users who can't use westjet.com to reserve flights. If they have
the isa client on their machines, it works fine. I have a number of
users who can't have isa client on their machines. These clients can
choose their origin/destination, dates etc, but when you click on next
screen, it comes right back to the current screen.

Somebody out there come across this, and come up with a fix? I tried to
contact Westjet, but haven't heard back. My users (mostly students) are
wanting to book their Christmas flights.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
