us money and time isn't it (NOT)

Spammers get money from sign ups through clicks on links or click
through graphics on e-mails.... It's all about that referrer URL.....
They couldn't care less if the reply-to or the From lines are valid.....
Now, if someone could only profit from suing the people who market that
junk to get the name/address/dark alley that they walk down at
night/bank account/etc and then turn around and find the spammers that
way..... They gotta get paid somehow, and if they're getting an EFT or a
PayPal or a check in the mail, the end result is a trackable/traceable
transaction, otherwise spammers would sue these firms that use them for
"not paying".
