Smtp filter please help

Hi i've the next scenario
Exch 5.5 on Win 2k Cluster ------ ISA server ---- Internet
ISA server are in diferent domain that exchange 5.5 win 2k domain, the domains
have trusts relationship.
I need to block spam from some domains. I configure the tab for domains but the
smtp filter don´t work
what issues I need to review, any suggest.
