Slow Connection to WIN2K PC�s Outside of ISA

Set Up is an Admin Dept inside a College where they are Firewalled by an
SBS ISA server.
For access to the WIN2K Servers in the college we use a Destination set
for Sight and Connection rules and a Protocol Rule containing the three
standard Netbios sessions. Accessing documents and small access
databases is extremely slow and copying files is not much quick than
downloading from the internet. (Internet Access 2Meg)
Any ideas would be very helpful
