Nothin ever beats reviewing the configuration for yourself.

I had a client yelling at me about 3 weeks ago that my server was "eating"
(his exact word used) an important e-mail he was supposed to get every day.
I poured over everything and proved that the message was delivered into his
mail box and he retrieved it. I finally did a live meeting and lo and behold
he had an Outlook rule for some thing else that he made a spelling mistake
and what do you know, that rule was deleting the message.
