We have 2 site-to-site with Sonicwall and they have worked well with the 
exception of link failure.  They have a tendency to not properly renegotiate 
the tunnel if the connection is interrupted.  A quick restart of the device 
makes it all better.  Just something to be aware of.

Yep, That would be the problem but sonicwall charges for firmware updates, so 
he told me he would purchase and install a PIX over the weekend.

Hi Mark,

Does the Kr@pw@ll have the latest firmware installed? I recall an incident a 
while ago where the sonicwall was so lame it didn't even support RFC compliance 
by allowing the source port to be something other than UDP 500, although that 
was for a remote access VPN client connection.
