doesn't work

I have a a question about my ISA server.

My ISA server is running on a W2K member Server on the edge of the
network. My network operates in native mode and on the DC is running DHCP
and DNS.
The problem is when I choose the option "All Internal Destinations" my
firewall client Pc's doesn't work anymore and asking for authentication
when trying to access websites. When I enter a validate account it still
pop-ups requesting authentication. This problem doens't occur when I
choose the option "All Destinations"
