Site Publishing - different port

I hope that this is just a stupid question, I probably haven't read the correct
bit of the docs.
We have sucessfully published a website from a client m/c behind an ISA server.
Works great.
But on the same machine we have another server running that publishes on port
8081 (rather than 80) I've set up (I think !) ip filters and protocol rules for
tcp 8081 but still get refused access
Any thoughts
