Thanks again Jim. I've been trying to follow this article from the
first link you posted:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/isa/2004/plan/publishingweb
servers.mspx and I must be missing something, because I get the "The
page cannot be displayed" page.

Let me tell you what I'm trying to do, and maybe you could tell me if
it's feasible/doable via ISA. I'd imagine it is, and that I'm just
lacking the technical know how.

I have an SSL secured Sharepoint site, say
https://sharepoint.company.com and what I would like to do is add a link
to as internal webserver to that site, say
https://sharepoint.company.com/internal. That being said, the internal
site does not have a certificate, and therefore is not an https: site.
Would that make a difference?

Thanks again for your help,

Marty

A1 - no; two NICs are not required for web publishing.
A2 - in general it does not matter at all what web server technology is
being published, although WebSphere and Sharepoint have caused their
share of H&D...

Jim, thank you for the links. Let me ask, in one of the documents I
found, it references the need to have two network cards. Is that
necessary, or can I use a single card? Also, the same article seems to
reference connecting to internal web servers running IIS. Does it
matter that the internal site that I'd like to connect to is on a Linux
box running Apache?

Thanks again,

Marty

What you're trying to do is called "web publishing" in ISA parlance.
Search the ISA help,
http://www.microsoft.com/isaserver/techinfo/guidance/2004/publishing.msp
x and http://www.isaserver.org/articles_tutorials/publishing/ for
articles relating to "web publishing".

Hi all. I've just joined this list, and I must say there seems to be a
tremendous amount of information here, and I'm hoping you can help me
out with something.

I have just setup an ISA server in my companies DMZ. It has an internal
10. address that is NAT'd to a real world IP. I need to allow access to
an Internal web server, and I understand that ISA supports a reverse
proxy setup. What I do not seem to be able to grasp is how to setup the
reverse proxy on this ISA server. Would someone be so kind as to help
me out?

Thanks for your time,

Marty Nelson
