Are you trying to publish the IIS site running on the ISA server? As in
publishing itself? You publish boxes on the LAT to external addresses- if
you want to serve up a site on the ISA Server itself (yikes!) then create a
rule to allow that.
Is that what you are doing?

When you create server publishing rule with the server publishing rule
wizard, he prompts you to set the "ip address of a internal server" ,
and a "exeternal ip address on isa server",,, and my problem is that
isa is not accepting my adresses. I was wonderning if it could have
something to do with running iis and isa on the same box

Im having problem creating server publishing rules on The ISA server,
The iis and the ISA are running on the same machine which has two nic. I
cant set the internal and external ip address
