SecureNAT Question

I have a SecureNAT client trying to access my ISA 2004 server. I can
sniff at the ISA box and can see the packets from the client. When I
check the ISA logs, there is no entry for this client. The application
is trying to access an FTP site on the internet. Why does ISA appear to
be dropping the packets? Is it the complex protocol issue with SecureNAT
clients? Thanks!
