Scheduled content download for AV Updates?

Hi there
I want to schedule an Automatic Content Download to download the latest
Anti Virus signature file every night. The thing is, it doesn't work! Now
I don;t know if I am doing it wrong, but there are no logfiles etc to show
ANY sort of connection failures etc.
Does anyone know how to schedule a download of a specific file from an FTP
site?
